- I am a 29 year-old mother of two children, Lydia and Will. Lydia is my spunky four year-old sweetheart who has a heart of gold. Will is the light of my life and has been blessed with a little something extra... Trisomy 21, or Down syndrome. Our family is anxiously awaiting the arrival of baby number three, due the end of March. I have been happily married to the man of my dreams, Steve, for seven years.
